The CLR Group is an "everything property" recruitment specialist who seeks to represent potential clients and candidates alike. We offer an unrivalled bespoke service which makes the process of hiring and starting a new job go as smoothly as possible.

With a combined 25 years' experience in the property industry and 10 year's in recruitment, we have an insight into what our potential clients are looking for. Our fresh and personal approach to recruitment enables our clients to save time and resources when recruiting new members to their team.

We know what it’s like to be the interviewer and to be interviewed giving us more of an insight as to what preparations are needed for an interview. One of key things is having the “ability to LISTEN”.

It's paramount that we listen to both the needs of our clients and our candidates so that the transition into a new working environment is an easy one.

2017

Two minds collided and the Idea for Capital London Recruitment was born

2018

Outside of working hours and behind the scenes the idea and mechanics were being created, including branding and business development.

2019

Whilst working from home we were open for business and made our very first placement!

2020

Although Covid-19 was upon us, people still needed new jobs so we continued to push through securing our first office to which we moved in when it was safe to do so.

2021

After much success in the first and second quarter we were able to secure a much bigger workspace with more resources and equipment. Following this our sister company were able to buy their first rental investment properties.

2022

This website and our new look was created to mirror not only pieces of our personalities but to show you how we have become an integral part of our industry. We hired our first ever member of staff! The best is still yet to come…………

Michael Agyeman

Director

Michael has always had a passion for property and had been in the sales market for 10 years. Michael started upon his journey in property with his own Lettings business which helped him gain the knowledge and strength in learning what it takes to survive in such competitive industry. Since then Michael has carried this entrepreneurial spirit with him even through his years in Estate Agency and has become a very successful salesperson.

Michael has now decided to use both this spirit and his 10 years’ experience to help people and companies become and stay successful in the Estate Agency business which has paved the way for Capital London Recruitment. From his time owning his own property company Michael noticed that employing the right staff plays a huge role in a company’s success and soon realised that he wasn’t the only one struggling with this problem.
