Our client is a successful corporate cleaning company and are seeking a proactive and customer focused Contracts Co-ordinator to join their Facilities Management team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in property management, facilities management, office administration or similar industries who have strong organisational skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

We also welcome candidates with limited experience, as long as you have a strong drive for customer service and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Coordination – Support the negotiation, implementation, and management of service contracts.
  • Client & Vendor Liaison – Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Service Delivery – Ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve operational issues related to contract execution.
  • Compliance & Administration – Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaboration – Work alongside property and facilities teams to optimise contract performance and service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management, facilities coordination, or a similar customer-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a can do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Must hold a UK manual driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative skills.

Package

  • Basic £30-£35k dependent on experience
  • Car Allowance £3k per annum
  • Career Progression
