Writing this well overdue, I can honestly say that over the years I've worked with a number of recruiters however saying Michael had honestly been the best experience I've ever had, you may read other reviews on other recruiters how good they are but he has god honestly truth been the greatest. He takes his time to get to know YOU as an individual not just a number that some firms see you as and taylors who's going to be the best firm for you and gets you a foot at the table to show who you really are. Not only this but he cares about his role in your life finding a new role, for me he was off on annual leave yet still took tike out of his very well earned time off to respond to myself even with a call from me at 9pm which he answered. I doubt anyone else can say that they've experienced this level of commitment from a recruiter they have delt with previously. I wish that all my past experiences with recruiters have been as great as what I've had with Michael and CLR. Thank you Michael
