Roles in this department will require you to be based in a marketing suite of a new development that is in the process of being constructed.
As a new homes sale consultant, you will be showing prospective buyers the floor plans and show models, you will also be required to assist them with fixtures and fittings by showing them finished examples known as a show flat/house. Once an offer has been accepted it will also be your job to progress the sale and assist the buyer from start to finish.
