Having had this department in full swing for many years it is a very fast paced and forever changing part of the industry, the majority of people that have been placed by The CLR Group in Lettings love their roles and some have even become managers already.

The Median Rent figure for the whole of England from March 2020 to April 2021 was £730 pcm, highest recorded!
London was almost double at a whopping £1,430 pcm!
As a Lettings Agent, your main objective will be to match prospective tenants to properties that clients have instructed you to let. The clients tend to vary from private individuals to companies. This is a proactive and competitive industry and will require candidates to be resilient, tenacious, customer focused with an ability to think outside the box.
You will spend your time both in and out of the office as not only will there be some admin to do but you will be required to show prospective tenants properties and dependant on experience visiting potential landlords and carrying out valuations.
You will require a full UK driving license to which on most occasions access to a company car is provided or car allowance issued. Roles are usually commission based and depending on the level of experience basic salaries will vary.
