As an estate agent, your primary role will be to assist both sellers and buyers during the sale process from start to finish. This is by sourcing and selling residential properties for buyers and sellers alike.
The day to day activities as a sales agent will be to carry out viewings, negotiate offers, property valuations, and sale progression.
It requires you to be proactive, focused, approachable and customer focused. You will require a full UK driving license to which access to a company car is provided or car allowance. Roles are usually commission based and depending on the level of experience basic salaries will vary.
