The property finance department has been running now for sometime and has been going from strength to strength, we cover everything from mortgages to accountancy. We have seen a huge uplift in candidates choosing the financial career path and on top of that an increasing number of vacancies. There has been a particular increase in the number of already established property sales people studying their CeMap (Financial Advisor) and switch careers. The CLR Group also recruits on the Lender side too with many of our clients offering Bridging, development, commercial, residential and buy to let Mortgages/loans.

The Majority of our already established property clients have thriving finance departments and are always on the lookout add new talent.
