The Property Management department at the CLR Group is what we like to call our fountain of knowledge, there is nothing that they don’t know about property management as they have all had hands on experience at some point in their careers. Since having this department we have also branched into Commercial/Block Management as many of our clients serve both parts of the industry.
There is something for everyone in these departments ranging from trainee to heads of departments so please do get in touch if you are looking for a change as more often then not, there is always something available.
From the 1st July 2020 an Electrical Conditioning Report became mandatory for all new specified tenancies and from the 1st April 2021 a Electrical Condition report is needed on all tenancies existing and new!
Roles mainly involve managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of life stage, investment or multi-investment landlords/companies. Candidates in this department will deal with a variety of maintenance issues as well as undertaking refurbishment works.
You will need to excel in customer service as well as patience, great diary management, and excellent organisational skills are required. For the more senior roles you will need to hold an extensive knowledge with regards to legislations from housing acts to building regs.
